We have partnered with a beautiful Jewelley brand currently looking for a Wholesale Executive to join the business growing globally.

Key Responsibilities;

*Management of all invoices, purchase orders & logistics for Wholesale orders
*Management of all invoices, purchase orders & logistics for Private Label orders
*Reporting on sales and reviewing store sell through to action and drive performance.
*Grow UK and International wholesale sales, identifying opportunities for growth.
*Regular visits to stores for Visual Merchandising and Sales Training.
*Manage and maintain relationships with head buyers as well as instore sales teams
*Management of incentive programs during key periods.
*Collaborate with Marketing Team to facilitate in store pop-up events.

Required Skill set

*Exceptional attention to detail.
*Strong people skills with a passion for understanding the customer, maximising relationships with existing retailers and bringing new retailers on board
*Able to confidently 'sell-in' the brand & product, as well as train new sales teams across wholesale stockists
*Proactive and enthusiastic - keen to make things happen, troubleshoot any problems
*A team player - confident to engage and work within and across multiple parts of a business
*IT Literate and exceptional knowledge of Excel
*Analytical and comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and analysing sell-through reports to see gaps and areas to focus on

Person Specification

*Working with a business that balances both wholesale and retail sales
*Building relationships with key global stockists
*Working with merchandising and operations teams
*Experience of purposefully managing online distribution
