A fantastic opportunity has come up for a customer care team leader to join an Omni-channel head office! The role will see you inspiring and motivating a team of people as well as managing all relevant HR processes.
The role:
*Coaching and developing your team
*Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
*To achieve KPIs
*Work closely with the implementation team to roll out new customer care processes
*Conduct monthly performance reviews with your team
*Ensure all HR processes are followed including return to work, overtime sheets and holiday requests
The candidate:
*Previous experience managing a team
*A passion for excellent customer service
*It would be desirable to be fluent in other languages
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Previous experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
