We have an exciting role for a HR assistant to join a beautiful brand in Central London. Within this role you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to both HR function and the wider business. As the HR Assistant will have had exposure to preparing HR documents, revising company policies, and assisting with employee queries/HR-related issues.
Responsibilities include:
Uploading employee data into the HR system and keeping all data live and accurate.
Acquiring references for all new starters and investigating any issues regarding this
Scanning, saving and filing retail new starter forms, P45's etc and chasing employees for any late or inaccurate information
Checking right to work documentation and ensuring we have up to date documentation for all staff
Requesting IT accounts and equipment for relevant retail staff follow through each request to completion and solve any issues. Delivery of equipment to store
Completing IT termination forms for all leavers
Completing background checks and ensuring credit cards are being issued for all Store/Assistant Managers
Support internal and external recruitment processes as well as other activities that underpin successful recruiting (eg new hire activation etc)
Support salary administration and performance managements processes (annual and ad-hoc compensation process and practices, performance appraisal tracking, salary adjustments, promotions, spot awards payments/tracking etc)
