As a result they are looking for candidates who possess strong communication skills, has the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency. Analytical to forecast, budgeting and long range planning across retail, outlet and eCommerce for 12 months. Location: Central London

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to;
*Prepare weekly sales and KPI reports for the Management team
*Maintain and update weekly, monthly and quarterly FP&A schedules
*Track and analyse direct business performance, identifying key risks and
*Drive the monthly re-forecast process for sales/margin, working closely with Buying
and Retail teams
*Drive month end related processes for sales and margin, taking ownership of the
close deck and performance commentary
*Support business partners with various ad-hoc tasks (pre/post analysis, promotion
analysis, new store tracking etc.)
*Work closely with teams in New York to ensure accuracy of data and to leverage
reporting tools wherever possible
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business (predominantly
Retail, Buying, Inventory and Marketing teams)
*Continuously develop 1 direct report (intern level)

The accomplished individual will possess
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience within a multi-store retail business
*CIMA; 0-2 years PQE
*Advanced Excel skills
*Self-motivation, flexibility and performance-orientation; ability to work
independently under time pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
*Ability and willingness to see beyond the immediate remit of the role to drive team
*Tenacity and stamina to consistently drive process improvements
*Detailed mind-set with ability to see the bigger picture
*Microstrategy/Reporting tool experience
