A fantastic opportunity for an excellent manager with experience in fast paced, service led retail with a strong understanding of the luxury retail market. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in retail management and will be an excellent all rounder with an autonomous background in retail management.

This brand is the pinnacle of luxury and offers unparalleled career progression with the larger company. Their concessions and stores offer impeccable service with the client at the center of its retail model. The stores have large turnover and team sizes and therefore experience managing large store turnovers within client centric brands is essential.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Liaising with senior management to drive the business forward through team training, recruitment, partnerships with department stores
Will drive the team to achieve company set KPIs and targets and will showcase a lead by example attitude
Will be responsible for all aspects of the concession/ store
Will work t o develop junior team members to achieve their career goals and aspirations whilst guiding them through the process of progression
Will report to head office where needed
