This international retailer is currently looking for temporary customer service manager to be based in their call centre managing a team of customer care advisors. This role will be shift work between 6.30am and 9pm, reporting into the team leader working 37.5 hours per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Key responsibilities:
*Meeting targets including customer response times and the quality and number of calls made per day.
*Managing customer enquires and complaints in a professional manner across multiple channels including social media, phone and email.
*Liaising internal departments
*Coaching and developing a team of customer service advisors
*Testing new processes and ways of working

The candidate:
*Excellent communication skills written and verbal gained from previous team management experience
*Previous retail head office customer service experience
*Good organisational, analytical and numerical skills
*Knowledge of HR processes including return to work, disciplinarians and grievances.
