Temporary HR Assistant required for an international retailer of body, face, fragrances and home products. You will be responsible for maintaining the companies bespoke human resource information management systems. The successful candidates will also be in charge of providing advisory services and guidance to management and associates regarding systems requirements based on company resources and needs.
Main responsibilities;

*Updating and maintaining employee databases and help with organisational charges
*Providing technical guidance and direction to managers and employees on the operation and maintenance of the human resources data systems
*Providing ongoing technical support fort the company's bespoke Managers Self-Service, Recruitment, Time and Attendance and others systems

This is a very basic role and my client will consider Fashion and HR graduates. Ideally, you will have some office/data entry experience - payroll experience an advantage.

This is a temporary role, starting ASAP, until February 2019, paying £8.50 per hour. You will work 30hrs per week, working 10am - 5pm.
