We have partnered with a well known & exciting retailer to assist in the recruitment of a Junior HRBP (maternity contract) based in Central London. We are looking for an existing Junior HRBP OR HR Advisor who is able to support the current and future business needs through the development and delivery of a proactive & innovative HR service which encourages a culture of continuous improvement and commercial results.
Responsibilities Include:
Leads by example to actively recognise peers and stakeholders for good performance and living our people values
Works with the Reward Team where necessary to ensure that benefits are correct, in particular for key roles and high potential individuals
Considers the bigger picture when recruiting
Identifies high risk team members and supports the Resourcing Team to collate a talent pool, where appropriate, especially for critical roles
Promotes positive performance management within the divisions at all levels and influences the managers to drive an improvement in capability
Actively encourages managers to use a coaching approach to drive performance within their teams
Encourages Managers to engage with high performing/high potential, high risk team members to understand what we might do to retain them, acting on their feedback where necessary, and explaining limitations honestly
Works with Managers to ensure a high participation rate for completion of Opinion surveys, facilitates the results with key stakeholders with a view to sharing with the team and informing the People Plan.
Works with ER Team to ensure a fluid implementation of restructures, TUPEs and variation of contract, ensuring that our people are treated in line with our people values.
Is proactive in bringing innovative solutions to business changes.
