We are currently working with an amazing luxury brand based in central London who are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be covering Retail Omni-channel. It's a great business who values their employee's by providing key support towards qualifications. Whilst providing experience in a fast paced commercial environment.

The Financial Analyst should support the Financial Manager who business partners the Omni- channel retail business. They should provide analysis and insight to enable decisions to be made in the best commercial interests of the business. The Financial Analyst should support the Financial Manager by monitoring performance and identifying risks and opportunities both internal and external to the organisation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*Highly numerate and analytical
*Experience in product industry (including online) with an ability to adapt and
thrive in a fast paced environment
*Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and
influence their decision making
*Strong excel and analytical modelling techniques
*Strong attention to detail and thorough approach to tasks.
*Problem solving, can-do attitude, willingness and aptitude to solve problems
*Part Qualified (or current studier for) a Professional Accounting Qualification

Key Responsibilities
*Strive for continuous improvements in the reporting and analysis of the business'
*Monthly P&L reporting and management accounts preparation including accruals and
prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis of all the retail
cost centres.
*Working with the Retail Operations director to evaluate payroll and space
productivity, payroll spend and produce financial models to support incentive
*Provide insight of the WSSI to enable the RFM to be able to challenge B&M on sales,
margin and stock performance including PPV analysis and standard costs.
*Work with B&M to determine promotional activity and provide post event appraisal
*Provide financial analysis to assist marketing event decision making and post event
*Work with the Online Director to evaluate technology investment decisions and
monitor and appraise post investment
*Produce and monitor both financial and non-financial KPIs surrounding online
*Assist in the production of P&L budgets and in year forecasts for all online sales,
margin and costs.
*Assistance in the year end and interim audits as required
*Production of ad-hoc reports and analysis when required.
