We are currently working with an amazing luxury brand based in central London who are looking for a Financial Assistant who will be covering Accounting and Control. It's a great opportunity for Graduates looking to start their career with a great business who values their employee's by providing key support towards qualifications. Whilst providing experience in a fast paced commercial environment.

Location:Central London
Line Manager:Finance Manager - Accounting and Control


To support the Finance Manager (Accounting and Control) in the month end process and overall improvement of the control environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*Build strong relationships within Finance and the business
*Strong excel, business analytics and ERP systems experience, preferably Microsoft
Dynamics AX and M3.
*Organised. Can plan, prioritise and achieve deadlines
*Team player
*Attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
*Support the monthly management reporting process for the company, ensuring
information is produced accurately and on a timely basis, including but not limited
-Ownership of the intercompany matrix for the company, ensuring it is fully
reconciled each month end
-Reconcile the overseas VAT accounts, ensuring information is provided to our
outsourced service provider by the required deadlines
-Maintain the UK companies' fixed asset registers
-Perform monthly reconciliations of the payroll balance sheet accounts
*Business partner to ensure all information is provided on a monthly basis
*Support the daily online fraud reviews
*Provide support on ad hoc projects
*Provide support to the wider finance team as and when required
