We have partnered with an established Luxury Fashion brand to assist in the recruitment of a Central London based HR Manager covering Northern Europe. This is an exciting time to join a beautiful luxury brand. If you have experience of ER, Performance Management, Staff Induction & Reward and Recognition across markets such as Copenhagen, Amsterdam UK & Ireland

As the HR Manager - Northern Europe you are responsible for the following:
Developing and executing an HR strategy to support the business agenda
Partnering with the business on the design and delivery of salary structure, sales incentive schemes, sales training and organisational design, development and performance management
Manage direct HR costs across the business, ensuring cost targets are met and influence indirect HR costs
Maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for Performance Management, Staff Induction, Reward and Recognition, Staff Retention, Management Development, Career Development, Succession Planning, Competency Building, Mapping, Compensation, Benefit programs.
Coach senior business leaders
Change management will be an important aspect to drive business growth
Own entire talent management and bench marking in the Retail Services group.
Support Retail Area Managers and Store teams by offering guidance on HR related questions and concerns.
