JOB DESCRIPTION - PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - DIGITAL & MARKETING
To win, retain and develop business. Provide leadership and management skills which significantly contribute to the overall success and continued development of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Individuals should have a demonstrable high level of business development skills with both new and current clients. Individuals should have successfully cross sold other divisions and teams, have proven sales and negotiation skills on both single and volume business and successfully delivered alternate recruitment solutions. This person should be an expert in their field and be able to act consultatively with their customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES - ROLE MODEL
The individuals should consistently demonstrate a high work ethic and act with honesty and integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES - QUALITY
The individual should display a high quality of work with attention to detail and a strong command and understanding of the database.
RESPONSIBILITIES - MENTORING
The individual should have mentored or be mentoring junior members of staff and participating in training new and developing consultants in the business.
ABOUT YOU :
- At least 3-5 years experience in a similar recruitment role
- Be persuasive, persistent and patient
- Have a fun and outgoing personality
- Be well presented with excellent communication skills
- Be able to deal with a diverse group of people
- Demonstrate great organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy
- Be a team player
- Be target driven and self-motivated
- Be adaptable and flexible to support the changing needs of the team
