This role is responsible for sales management and operations of specific store concessions. You will drive, control and influence retail sales growth. You will build a dynamic retail sales team to best service the concessions and adjust to seasonality. This role requires a high level of planning and communication to both business partners and our retail sales teams.
Focuses of the position include maximizing sales, achieving productivity and profit goals and the hiring, training and development of top-talent in-line with our culture and brand.

*Build annual sales and marketing plan across businesses.
*Achieving the stores sales targets by maximizing profits, weekly sales reporting, and retail sales analysis by cluster
*Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale partners, leads bi-weekly conference calls with buyers, and coordinates and leads monthly in-person meetings with buying/planning teams (presents new launches, review past/present/future business goals)
*Collect feedback from partner buyers and store management on areas of excellence, improvement, and suggestions for new product design
*Work closely with Planning team to build sales plan and work to achieve sales targets
*Ensure orders are inputted and processed by expected delivery dates (work closely with Order Management, Operations teams)
*Provide recommendations to relevant cross-functional teams regarding what is needed to drive Wholesale sales; be the advocate for assigned accounts
*Managing workforce budgets including staff payroll management and minimizing costs

Key Working Relationships:
It is critical for this person to maintain strong relationships with Order Management, Planning, Inventory Control, Product Development, Distribution Centers and Marketing teams. This person is required to maintain strong working relationships with the Retail and Concession sales staff, head Office buying teams, partner retailer Store managers.

Required Skills & Experience:
*3 or more years of experience in Sales with a strong grasp of sales performance metrics
*Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
*Must be solutions-oriented, creative in finding a resolution, and have strong desire to get the job done
*Comfortable working in a small-team with ability to adapt and keep organized within a high-growth organizational environment
*Ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, and drive for results across internal partner groups.
*Must provide business writing samples and take a brief Microsoft Excel assessment test

Travel Requirements:
*25-50% travel is required
