Our Client is a global leading business service provider and has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their national team based in Durham.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Brands & Retail E&E testing business globally, with particular emphasis on growth of revenues associated with product sectors covering Lumaires, Household, Machinery, Automotive, Medical, IT, Environmental, Metering and Audio/Visual.
They are looking for someone with previous experience in sales and business development, including the preparation of tenders, proposals, marketing presentations, webinar and technical information accurately. Also, experience in producing and delivering timely and accurate reports, e.g. monthly sales/invoicing data, current and potential customers, as required.
The ideal candidate will have legislation awareness, a HNC in Engineering or equivalent, and have knowledge of the consumer testing marketplace. You will be able to work under your own initiative, plan and prioritise workloads, and quickly gain competence with new systems and processes. It is important that you have strong interpersonal skills, effective team working, and organisational skills with the ability to work at all levels.
