We are working with a great premium brand who is looking for an enthusiastic Payroller to join an amazing team in a dynamic environment.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the accurate and timely monthly payroll production and accounting month end process. The role will require interaction with other departments in order to support the business needs and comply with SOX policies. In addition, to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole

Will need have a strong grasp of day to day payroll processing, will be hard working and focused with the ability to work to deadlines and will be a highly confident individual who has the ability to understand the needs of payroll and execute in a considerate and competent manner. Able to communicate with all levels and represent the company in a positive and supportive way. Ultimately this person will be a good team player who brings a positive vibe to the payroll team

Location: London

Responsibilities
*Good analytical and problem solving skills.
*Beneficial - experience in or exposure to process/system change management*
*Coordinating and processing payrolls across the company
*Arranging timely funding request/Net payments to ADP and the employees
*Ensuring legal compliance and process consistency across all EMEA payrolls
*Administrating and payment of team Season Ticket Loans, Childcare, Cycle to work
etc.
*UK Pension Administration, including monthly assessments and payment contributions,
ensuring the personal pension plan accounts are kept up to date
*Update payroll Month End schedules, ensuring each schedule balance ties with oracle
general ledger.
*Maintain a good working relationship with the 3rd party providers
*Working closely with HR to ensure processing accuracy and data integrity
*Review and provide update suggestions for company policies to maintain efficiency
within the team.
*Assist Payroll Manager with day to day operations within the EMEA Payroll
department/GAS team
*Supporting Internal Reporting requirements
*Support Payroll Manager in the Year End submissions to HMRC/ADP/3rd parties
*Assisting Payroll Manager when required with project work to maintain a smooth
payroll process throughout all entities
