Elite Associates have partnered with an iconic LFW brand well known for their playful prints and statement pieces to recruit a production assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Working to support the Production Manager on a daily basis, maintaining deadlines outlined on the Critical Path to ensure the highest quality, margins and best delivery for each product group.
Zedonk - maintaining content, care, raw material stock, live ex factory update per line info.
Attend all CMT & FG production fits, making notes re: amendments for bulk.
Attend weekly Production & Development meetings and be ready to report on progress of production.
Check/comment on final SMS post sales. Update Zedonk database with relevant information re: amendments for production.
Update all relevant CMT & FG specs for production, ensuring all information is clearly presented in a clear and concise manner.
Coordination of branded standard trims and packages - brand, size, swing tickets, tags and polybag stock in studio and at factories.
Barcode print request. Running a report to generate barcodes for each production season, organising print request, dividing and sending out to factories along with branded components.
Preparing, packing & sending production packages, helping to ensure all raw materials arrive at factories prior to CP deadline.
Creating/ordering care labels for RTW
Assist the production manager to help resolve any issues that may occur during the production process in a timely manner.
Coordinate and update weekly Friday WIP reports for each factory.
Garment QC
Work alongside production manager to notify the Fulfilment and Logistics Manager of any change to the wholesale delivery schedule.
Maintain a factory bible database with relevant contacts for the Production Manager, Head of Design, Head of Commercial and Creative Director.
