My client, who are a British luxury jewellery and jewellery designer brand, with stores in London, Liverpool, Manchester and Dublin, require a Data Processor to join them for a 3 to a possible 6 month period, with an immediate start. You will be based in their office in central London, quite close to their store. You work within their Digital team helping them with some data processing. You will also go through all CRM records and make sure they're data is GDPR compliant. You will also do some analysis and reports.
*Responsible for extracting, processing and transforming data collected through customers/clients into a variety of outputs, from Excel tables, but also using their in-house system.
*Data processing and cleaning up CRM records.
*Going through Data Processing Agreements.
*Making sure my client's data is GDPR compliant.
*Work out analysis on sales, area and price range.
*Update newly created customer data.
*Use Excel and their in-house system to improve processes, including regular reports.
*Work closely with multiple teams in the business, mainly IT and Digital.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and be very analytical with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is an interim for 3 months, but could extend to 6 months, as they're quite busy. Working hours are 9am - 6pm and its paying £12-£14 per hour, depending on experience.
