I have partnered up with a luxury group who have globally expanded across the wholesale, retail, e-commerce and licensing channels throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. They are recruiting for a an Wholesale Operations Manager to come on boards and lead this department while implementing their own style on the business,working across the eCommerce platform.

Main responsibilities
*This is a great role for an experienced Wholesale Operations Manager who is highly commercial with a strong understanding of the end to end supply chain in a wholesale environment.
*You must be analytical, process driven with excellent attention to detail and be great at managing a team.
*This role involves working with the Senior Wholesale Operations Manager taking full ownership of wholesale shipping performance for your assigned divisions.
*Overseeing the team members and their processes, demonstrating best practice and evolving ways of working.
*Offers advice and helps find solutions to the wide range of issues encountered by the team - acts as trouble-shooter.
*Motivate and manage a high performing team, conducting one to ones and performance reviews.
*Full accountability for order book management across divisions and brands, shipping against targets for UK and Ireland.
*Ensure order book management meetings take place weekly, actions captured and follow actions are completed fully.
*Ensure the "Order Book Update" process is carried out weekly in order to provide progress visibility of the order book to line manager and the sales team.
*Analyses the order book in detail to challenge team and ensure appropriate action is taken to achieve shipping targets.
*Provide the Senior Wholesale Operations Manager with clear, accurate and professionally presentable high level information and reporting of shipping performance vs targets and KPIs
*Key point of contact for escalations from the sales team.

*Ensures individual support to new starters, ensures a full induction is provided and adequate support given during their learning curve.
