An ecommerce manager for a well known high street brand, managing a team of three people, based in central London. Responsible for site optimisation and customer journey, to drive conversion and repeat spend
My client is a well known heritage womenswear brand that have been through a lot of positive change in the last 18 months. They are now in a strong position with the right management structure to succeed and get back to the brand success they have enjoyed for the last few years and as a result are hiring an ecommerce manager to join them on this journey. Based in Central London
The Ecommerce Manager will manage a team of c. 3 people [content and ecommerce assistants] and will be responsible for the performance and user experience on site. Your 'hands on' attention will need to be focused on optimising the trading of the site through effective merchandising and overall customer experience. The team are also well resourced here with merchandisers and copywriters, so a key part will be communicating with them to implement the insights gleaned from analytics and customer behaviour.
The successfully ecommere manager will ideally have worked in a fashion ecomm environment before and have exposure to the magento platform. We need someone who has strong experience/understanding of digital marketing and can feed this into a successful ecomm strategy and plan. As well as this you will be confident with forming and driving strategy but also comfortable with a hands-on approach. Analytically minded and able to use customer data to inform strategy across eCommerce.
