People Manager / In-store Trainer and HR Manager 

My client, a global-leading a rapidly expanding trend-lead, high-street fashion company, are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated People Manager to join their team in a high profile new store located in Kingston, London

Are you a qualified retail manager with experience within Operations, HR and Training and Development?

Do you have a CIPD qualification and a commitment to develop your HR knowledge? Are you in retail management and looking for a new challenge that will utilise your professional experience? This may be the role for you!

The People Manager will work side by side with the Store Manager and be responsible for:

·Ensuring the best practice and compliance

·Overseeing all HR responsibilities across a large in-store team

·Have knowledge of employment law

·Be an excellent organiser with great PC skills and experience in using recruitment and HR systems – all with great attention to detail.

·Managing payroll and inputting all staff hours

·Working various shift patterns to suit the business needs you can communicate well at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced environment

·Your positivity and resilience will empower others and show a determination to achieve results.

**A CIPD qualification is required.
