Client Service Coordinator, Prestigious Watch Brand, 9 Month FTC, £30,000 plus commission

I am seeking a charismatic and experienced client service coordinator to represent one of the most iconic luxury watch brands in the world.

My client are an internationally recognised Swiss watch brand that boast unique time pieces iconic for their modern technology and highest level of quality. Having been in the industry for over 170 years has enabled them to cultivate a strong VIC following.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has strong organisation and admin skills. If you are passionate about watches and would like to learn about different areas within the business this could be the ideal role for you.

The Ideal candidate

- Must be personable and charismatic
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong admin experience
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have strong IT skills
- Must have strong team morale

Requirements of the role:

- must bale to work 9 months of the contact
- Dealing with repairs and the after sales service
- Dealing in store transfers
- Processing stock and dealing with inventory
- having a confident approach with personal appointments and price evaluation
- Dealing with daily admin duties
- Driving CRM and being able to create long lasting relationships with pre exisiting clients
