International clothing brand requires a temporary Office Manager and PA to their Managing Director. You will undertake Head Office administration and facilities management. Provides a reception service ensuring all visitors have a positive experience when visiting the Head Office.
Key responsibilities;
*Manage reception and screen incoming calls.
*Meet and greet customers to the main reception and Showroom reception.
*Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries, book couriers as required.
*Manages meeting/conference rooms.
*Responsible for the operations of the Head Office and act as first point of contract for building management.
*General staff inquiries support.
*Book all travel and hotel requests for Head Office staff and Brand Managers.
*Responsibility for security pass creating to new staff in Head Office
*Ensures stock levels are maintained for all office supplies
*Responsible for the organising lunches and breakfast for training, meetings and Retail and Brand events.
*Conducts new employee inductions in the Head Office that includes security, fire and health and safety.
*Provide PA support to the MD, General Sales Director and Creative Directory as and when needed.
*Booking travel arrangements, setting up conference calls, preparing meeting rooms, venue reservation for business meetings, diary management and expense management.
The idea candidate will have previous PA experience and some office management skills. Excellent communication skills, strong telephone manner. This is a temp role until they recruit permanently. This role will pay £15 per hour and the working hours are 9am - 5.30pm.
