The well- known, high fashion, luxury yet contemporary fashion House is looking for an Assistant Manager for their leading menswear concession in London. The role is deeply immersed in the management structure of the brand and a solid history of luxury/ contemporary retail management is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and senior stakeholders to develop the brand within the London market and this specific department store, ensuring the management and brand is getting the best out of its employees and customers.

The role will consist of overseeing the team, developing individual team members and supporting the team through training and being an inspiring leader. An interest in contemporary luxury fashion is essential. The role will also consist of attending meetings with senior managers and stakeholders.

Candidates must have experience in the below to be considered:

A long standing history of working for luxury/ contemporary retailers within the service led environment
Have worked with high volume turnovers that have also required high levels of service
Experience leading and managing a strong team of managers and sales consultants
A strong understanding of how to be commercial within luxury retail in London.
