Luxury goods dept store based in central London requires a part-time HR Administrator to join them 2 days per week ASAP until the end of January.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining HR records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
*Organize and maintain HR records
*Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
*Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
*Revise company policies
*Liaise with external partner
*Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
*Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
*Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
*Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have strong organisational and communication skills.
This is the temp role paying £9 per hour, working 2 days per week for the next 3 weeks.
