Great opportunity for an experienced Client Experience Associate to join a leading Menswear company, renowned for its M2M and Bespoke

£26,000 + benefits and bonus

The Client Experience Associate is responsible for the delivering of an elevated, exceptional service proposition and to act as an ambassador of the brand in line with business goals, supporting the overall growth and profitability of the store.

Sales
*Support the store to achieve company budgets through the achievement of your personal KPI targets.

Service
*Have a good understanding of the product to assist with customer enquiries.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt service requirement to the customer

Operations
*Offer hospitality to customers in the store and carry out hospitality training with team
*Responding to enquires in a timely manner, establishing facts, customer requirements and escalating/seeking advice where necessary
*Organise the use of couriers or postal deliveries
*Maintain the bar, standards and supplies, ordering stock
*Help organise and take part in in-store events
*Support Manager with new Clientelling programme launch and focus
*Host on shopfloor during peak times, organising appointments, offering hospitality, managing customers expectations
*Understand store policies fully to ensure accurate advice offered to customers
Communication
*Knowledgeable about the local area, where to shop, eat, drink, what's on currently - art, music, etc
