This renowned family business is well-used to designing and manufacturing the finest jewellery within their recognised market specialisation, and has never deviated from the high standards of craftsmanship and quality that are its hallmark.
They are now searching for a talented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join and support their enterprising sales and marketing team.
Working alongside a variety of Senior Managers, you will provide all the necessary support to underpin the successful delivery of every sales and marketing initiative they collectively undertake.
You need to be an action-driven administrator, always keen to make a positive impact on every area of the business where your skills can be of service. Importantly, you are by nature keen to expand the range of responsibilities within your remit, always on the lookout for opportunities to develop and add value to other areas of administration service within the business.
Highly literate and articulate, you relish communicating, whether face-to-face, on the phone or by email, and your excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, enable you happily and efficiently to discharge your daily must -do basic tasks.
You must be constantly responsive to trade accounts (retail jewellers), supporting them in marketing the brand within their own bricks and mortar stores, as well as providing the correct online imagery for these trade partners to use on their own websites.
You have the aptitude and appetite for assimilating and retaining details relating to the vast range of products and prices that this company creates. Such is your keenness to maximise distribution of these items that you are ready to send out brand information packs to your clientele at the merest hint of purchasing intention.
Excitingly their routes to market have become ever more varied and diverse, adding even greater and more exciting elements to this role. One recent initiative has been to open their first mono brand store in fashionable West London, and this will also require the best of Head Office administration liaison and service. You will be tasked with writing product descriptions to sit alongside imagery for new product releases – skills which may also find application in other trade marketing areas.
The company also operates its own e-commerce site that requires constant attention and updating, which may facilitate the further flourishing of your interest in marketing.
