Customer Service Advisor - Online Brand - East London

Our client, an online fashion boutique, require a savvy Customer Service Advisor to join the team in their East London office.

We would like somebody with the following skills and qualities:

- A proactive and flexible customer services advisor.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- A customer driven and positive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Have passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to achieve and exceed targets and overcome challenges.
- Strong communication and listening skills to fully understand our customer queries.
- Very efficient with the ability to prioritise yet consistently deliver with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced sales environment

Key responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. 
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. 
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling. 
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Process refunds and ensure physical stock is put back into stock.
