Our client is a luxury footwear retailer, selling to the discerning customer.  Championing craftsmanship and known for their heritage, design and attention to detail, they have embarked on a global growth plan

They are now looking to secure a Store Administrator for their store based in Mayfair.

Highly computer literate, manage all administrative tasks relating to cash, deliveries and reporting.  It is highly likely that you will be performing or helping to perform these tasks at another retailer.  Your experience will include working within a small or independent retailer, where these tasks are performed within the store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily sales and payment reconciliations
  • Daily banking of cash
  • Inventory reconciliations including:
  • Sales, Returns and Refunds
  • Inter-company stock movements
  • Investigation of stock differences
  • Inputting inventory transactions and adjustments
  • Inventory stocktaking - annual and perpetual
  • Weekly sales and activity reports
  • Development of administrative processes
  • Assisting, when necessary, with shop floor activities
  • Assisting, when necessary, with eCommerce activities
  • Assisting with customer correspondence
  • Liaison with Head office
