Emily and Fin have an opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their friendly and vibrant team. Emily and Fin are an Internationally recognised and fast-growing fashion brand, best known for their classic dresses and signature prints, which are designed in-house at their London studio and sold worldwide, both online and in store.

As Brand Marketing Manager you will develop, lead and deliver the marketing strategy for the brand creating clear, consistent and compelling marketing campaigns across all communication channels including e-commerce and social media.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the on-going success and growth of Emily and Fin, you will take ownership of this role and work closely with the creative directors to oversee and implement a successful strategy for brand awareness.

The Role

  • You will create, execute and manage Emily and Fin’s marketing strategy and calendar for the successful long term growth of the brand developing both brand awareness and online reputation
  • You will be the Emily and Fin brand guardian in all aspects of communication adhering to the brand guidelines and tone of voice whilst administrating the creation and publishing of relevant, original and high-quality content
  • You will initiate engaging content across all channels including our blog, newsletters, and social media to increase our followers, SEO, inbound traffic and audience engagement
  • Working closely with production and design you will ensure key styles are supported with strong marketing initiatives
  • Keep up with competitor analysis, monitoring and reporting on all marketing and social campaigns
  • You will be up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
  • Initiate collaborations to develop promotional activities that increase awareness and sales and reach new Emily and Fin customers
  • Manage the marketing budget and plan how to use it each season
  • Produce and manage all campaigns, look book photoshoots and video content for our website, wholesale and social media platforms
  • Work closely with sales in defining and producing assets and marketing initiatives for wholesale
  • Manage and build relationships with external agencies

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Be highly motivated and have a strong creative flair
  • Experience in owning and increasing brand presence online through social media and other digital platforms
  • A degree in Fashion Marketing Communication or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and strong copywriting skills
  • Experience of managing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Good understanding of social media analytics and Google Analytics
  • Highly organised with confident time management skills
  • A creative team player, someone who will thrive on their own initiative, and in supporting wider projects
