Home Shopping Channel Account Co-ordinator

Lola Rose, a leading UK fashion accessories and lifestyle brand, has an exciting job opportunity for an Account Co-ordinator to work on our key Home Shopping Channel account. Working with the Home Shopping Channel Manager, we are looking for new talent to help manage and grow this key account in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain or better their experience in supporting one of the fastest growing areas of the retail industry.

The Role:

Reporting into the HSC Manager, you will be a key support for the HSC business function and our HSC partner. As one of the company’s key accounts with whom a very successful relationship already exists, you will be exposed to a fast-paced, evolving and exciting business environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

HSC business analysis

  • Assist with sales/volume forecasting
  • Proactively review risks and opportunities for buying
  • Produce and update seasonal planning documents
  • Review best/worst sellers and make recommendations to the business
  • Continuously monitoring the results/feedback across UK markets

Supporting on all elements relating to live shows including:

  • Reporting on sales to identify key performers
  • Liaising with HSC floor team and ensuring all preparations and products are in place
  • Supporting on air guests, evenings and weekend shows
  • Managing the calendars for show dates in support of Creative Director, HSC Manager and HSC teams
  • Creating and maintaining presentations and show notes

Sample Management:

  • Managing the sample archive
  • Preparing samples for live shows
  • Managing HSC sample requests and requirements
  • Ensuring samples have arrived on time and chasing late samples
  • Working closely with design to maintain efficiencies

Liaising directly with HSC:

  • Communicating required changes to information
  • Regularly checking the HSC website to check all copy is correct and monitoring reviews and performance
  • Ensuring all product is shot on time and appears correctly online

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of sales order and PO Management
  • Attending regular meetings and product selection with buyers, presenting styles and taking minutes
  • Completing product specification cards of all products
  • Adhering to the team Critical Path, changing and updating where necessary
  • Working with the Web/Social teams (internal and external) to ensure shows/products are updated according to the calendar
  • Working closely with production to ensure all products are on the system correctly in line with monthly buy sheets
  • Assisting the HSC Manager with day to day administration

 

The person:

Due to the requirements of the role, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Extremely well organised and able to work independently to deadlines
  • Highly skilled on Microsoft Excel – able to create and manage complex documents
  • Analytical – comfortable with numbers and able to analyse the business to identify opportunities for growth/efficiency
  • Confident and proactive – able to take the initiative and add value
  • A team player and passionate about our industry
  • Able to work evenings and/or weekends where necessary to meet the demands of live shows
