I have just begun representing a niche client who operate within the fashion industry and are well known for their expert craftsmanship and passion to provide an outstanding service to their customers, they are now looking for an Office Manager/EA to join the business during an exciting period of expansion.

My client is on the hunt for an individual with strong experience as either an Executive Assistant or Office Manager who can join them on a full-time basis and provide support to both directors and assist in the general day to day running of the business, ideally you will have a Degree within fashion and have an interest in working with one of London's most reputable fashion companies.

About The Role…

Executive Assistant Duties Include -

Travel & Diary Management of Senior Management: Booking flights, Trains, Hotels, Meeting Rooms ect

New client management - uploading to business database.

Fielding telephone calls

Ensuring all directors documents and paperwork is filed and organised correctly.

Taking and writing up minutes of meetings and follow up actions.

Create presentations for sales and other meetings, client work & marketing documents.

Attend meetings on behalf of management where necessary to ensure continuity from senior management to the team.

Expense Management & Ad-Hoc duties.

Office Management Duties Include -

Organisation & Day-to-Day running of the office including supplies, mail, premises & maintenance.

Maintain a strong relationship with all clients, external suppliers, vendors, landlords ect

Controlling office budget.

Managing and maintaining the company's online system ensuring all information is correct.

Ensuring the office is always tidy & secure.

About You…

High standard of personal presentation.

Articulate and command of the English language is second to none, both oral and written.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills, high.

Highly competent with MS Office - esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.

A real team player, Tactful & extremely trustworthy, Integrity is extremely important.

The ability to prioritise the urgent and important over other activities.

An attitude for excellence quality, accuracy & speed.
