Buying Admin Assistant - Ladies wear - West Yorkshire
Fantastic opportunity to join a well established successful retailer in West Yorkshire. Our clients are now requiring a Buying Admin Assistant to join their busy friendly buying team.
You will ideally have a buying degree or equivalent in fashion or other relevant disciplines , strong communication skills , attention to detail with methodical yet determined approach. Peoples person and team player ,strong administrative skills ability to work under pressure. If you are looking at starting a career in buying then look no further!
Role Responsibilities :
Provide key administrative duties for the Buying team.
Warehouse/QC checks with support from the buying and QC team.
Have a clear understanding of your role and contribution towards the input and maintenance of the web brief.
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments in a professional and appropriate manner.
Collate and distribute the post and parcels for the global Buying team.
Ensure all samples are correctly presented, stored and ordered in accordance with departmental procedures, for preparation on catalogue, web, PR and VM meetings.
Fulfil general ad hoc duties as required.
To undertake general departmental administration work, under the direction of the Assistant Buyer/ Buyer
Ensure all administration documentation procedures are maintained
