Online Customer Service Advisor role where you will overlook the customer service of a luxury homeware ecommerce website. You will be challenged to elevate company customer service standards while helping to grow the business.

The Role:

  • Ensure client enquiries are handled through a solution oriented customer service strategy
  • Monitor and report matters regarding quality control to appropriate departments
  • Provide support to customers throughout entire shopping experience (including online experience, product information, checkout, payment options to delivery)

The Candidate:

  • 1-2 year's of experience working at a customer service desk a must
  • Luxury / premium fashion brand experience an asset

The Package:

  • Salary up to £21k
