Elite Associates have partnered with a fabulous beauty brand and we care recruiting for Junior Account Manager.The role will be working from London 2/days a week meeting clients and 2days in their Essex head office.

The role is to build effective relationships with retail partners in order to drive opportunities, initiatives and delivery or wholesale targets. Also developing 3 yr plans in line with company goals and objectives, ensuring any actions with retailers deliver this plan.

Key responsibilities
Business:
- Deliver your designated retail/ wholesale objectives for relevant accounts.
- Deliver/ adapt 3 yr plans in line with company objectives.
- Analyse sales forecasting for relevant retailer, nationally and by store, ensuring stock goes to the right places to drive the objectives.

Relationships

- Respond to field queries in a timely manner and prioritise accordingly.Liaise with
DSM's/NAC to determine potential opportunities within the top stores. Present and gain - -
agreement for implementation and ensure field teams are well informed.
- Complete ad hoc financial analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Maintain contact strategy with all internal and external departments to timescale and format agreed with NAC.

Sales & Marketing:
Report weekly stock and sales figures, including competitive analysis. This should include;
-Monday top line figures
-Star Product Sales
-Stock and weeks cover analysis sent and followed up with the retailer and operations.
