We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in the jewellery sector to join our award winning team in the beautiful city of Winchester

Responsibilities Include

  • Building and managing relationships with customers
  • Ensuring the customer service is of the highest standard
  • Working towards store targets and personal KPI's 
  • Following up on customer enquiries, calls and emails
  • Window display & stock administration
  • Assisting with customer events and promotional opportunities

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Passionate about fine jewellery and watches with strong product knowledge
  • Have strong communication and excellent customer service skills
  • Able to drive CRM and build long lasting relationships with clients
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable; a team player
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and use own initiative
  • Positive with an enthusiastic working attitude 
  • Able to demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills
