We have partnered with a premium Womenswear brand, currently recruiting a Technical admin assistant to support their Garment Tech teams.

The Role;

Supports the QA team in building positive relationships, cultivating partnership at all times with the buying teams and Suppliers. Acting as a positive role model demonstrating an understanding and implementing the Hobbs brand values at all times.

Role Responsibilities;

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks for our Technical Department. To provide support by assisting in daily office needs, managing our general administrative activities, updating the Hobbs system, preparing, collating and circulating various reports on weekly basis, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

Role Duties;

*To ensure all data is current i.e. Supplier manual and QA Guidelines manual.
*Assisting the Technical team with the checking and chasing test reports
*Receiving weekly fit samples from the buyers
*Sample management, sending samples to suppliers and to the DC.
*Fit room preparation and ensuring the fit room is neat and tidy
*Ensuring our supplier Masterfile is up to date
*Collate and issue on a weekly basis Bazaar voice feedback and returns data.
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
*Providing technical information to other departments
*Updating CIMS, Japanese care labels etc.
*Develop and maintain a user friendly filing system
*Maintain contact lists
*Provide general support to visitors
*Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
*Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
*To prioritize own workload in line with meetings schedule and critical path


The ideal candidate will;

Have excellent numerical and analytical skills. This is an imperative role within the Tech team and my client is looking for candidates that are incredibly self sufficient.
