We are delighted to be partnering with a sustainable fashion brand, that champions and “lives and breathes” sustainability. They are supporters of slow fashion and design clothing intended to last. This mid - sized business have successfully developed a business that provides beautiful product to a large number of independents. They have enjoyed substantial double digit growth, year on year over the last few years.
They are now looking to secure a Head of Sales for the UK. Managing a team of 6, this individual needs to demonstrate that they have utilised forensic analytical skills to evaluate business to date, so that they can segment and plan as to how to develop growth. They also need to develop a strategy as to how elements of the product range can be sold into Department Stores – namely John Lewis, and of course the non - core fashion independent sector, including gifting and accessory independents.
Alongside strategic skills, this role calls for a hands - on approach and the energy and passion required to develop this business.
You will have extensive wholesale experience within the UK, probably within ladieswear, however we will consider candidates from other fashion sectors.
