Head of Analytics / Digital Analytics Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Analytics / Digital Analytics Manager to join a unique multi-brand business based in a vibrant office within Central London!

This hugely successful brand are expanding their entire digital team and this is a fantastic opportunity to lead the way in a brand new team within the company!

The ideal Head of Analytics / Digital Analytics Manager will:

·Be both a provider of data to and a collaborative partner with other departments that utilise the services provided by this team.

·You will play a key role in reporting to Executives and play a pivotal role in reporting for board meetings, answering ad-hoc queries, and developing business cases.

The responsibilities of the Head of Analytics / Digital Analytics Manager will be to:

·Lead and grow their data analyst team.

·Proactively draw insights from traffic and product usage, and document techniques for surfacing and analysing information.

·Develop strategic roadmap for data capture, storage, analysis, reporting and insights improvements.

·Track key customer success metrics like engagement conversion, and overall product usage. Work with revenue driving teams to convert traffic and engagement metrics into revenue optimisation strategies.

·Identify opportunities to leverage data to provide the best possible experience for our readers.

·Distill behavioral user data to analyse traffic trends and provide input into product decision-making.

·Analyse, model and track new product and traffic generation initiatives. 

·Manage direct relationships with vendors and traffic partners.

·Manage the analytics organization budget and oversee all projects associated with new data initiatives.

·Have a role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring marketing / insight analysts on the commercial teams and assist in the on-boarding and training of resulting new hires.

Ideal experience of the Head of Analytics / Digital Analytics Manager:

·Considerable experience in leading an Analytics department

·Commercially minded with experience working in a large, fast paced, dynamic organisation Experienced in working with Executive level stakeholders

·Proactive over reactive mentality

·Post-graduate qualification in a STEM subject or related field or the equivalent experience

·Web analytics - Google Analytics preferred or other.

·Analytical with high levels of logical thinking & problem-solving skills

·Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to form working relationships and gain credibility with staff from different levels and disciplines
