We have partnered with a Global Brand currently recruiting a menswear sales executive to join the team.

Key responsibilities include

Work with the Sales Manager to develop strategic sales strategies by account across UK/Ireland WHS business.

Effectively manage sell in-process of the Menswear RTW collections four times a year, adhering to brand strategy, seasonal assortments and minimums outlined by Sales Manager.

Understanding the brand distribution strategy and supporting the Sales Manager to identify future potential partners.

Assist with the detailed weekly sales analysis that accurately reflect the demand in the marketplace. Furthermore, actively and independently use this information to manager open-to-buy with customers.

Support with the planning and delivery of budgets taking past sales analysis into account

Compile end of season sell-in analysis and product information reports to aid future development of the collection within the UK/Ireland market.

Carry out effective, consultative approach to regular store visits. Ensuring the brand valuesand strategy is delivered, stock holding is in line with sales performance and the brand ambassadors on the shop floor are equipped with in-depth product training throughout the season to drive sales.

Understand direction, fabric composition and pricing to build customer brand knowledge and awareness.

Discuss issues affecting product performance

Constantly communicate market trends, sales performance, design feedback and needs of the market

Maintain merchandising standards in the showroom and be responsible for RTW collection stock inventory.

Work closely with other departments within the brand to ensure highest possible customer service and follow through on orders/deliveries are adhered to.

Set up & disassemble collections, assist with sample sale, any other ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate will be;

A confident, fashion-inspired individual who has preferably menswear sales experience and works well individually as well as in a team.

A good/strong knowledge and understanding of retail industry across UK/ Ireland market.

Ability to maintain and establish strong interpersonal relationships with customers and internal departments.

Proven analytical skillset with an eye for attention to detail.

A self-motivation and drive to work independently and go above and beyond for the team.
