British Fashion Brand urgently requires a Junior Merchandiser to join them on an interim basis from Monday to mid-August. You will be part of the outlet merchandising function across a strong and varied UKEU outlet portfolio, developing profiling to make sure budgets are achieved and KPI targets are exceeded. You will have tight control over the management of stock working closely with their outlet retail teams to drive their outlet performance. You will have a strong background in working with WSSIs, sale forecasting and BTA's and will need to be able to work at a fast pace to ensure that we maximise our potential.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

*Planning and forecasting sales stock and markdowns for UKEU Outlets.
*Drive the day-to-day performance of our global outlets by managing and optimising the categories of stock you have available through effective planning and trading.
*Regularly reviewing price architecture to maximize sell thru whilst maintaining margins across
*multiple regions.
*Regular analysis and communication of performance to cross functional stake holders to maximise commercial opportunities and ensure that our outlet retail teams are focused on those opportunities.
*Ensuring new outlet store openings are planned and executed with relevant stock packages and within the deadlines.
*Manage the inventory to deliver the targets for the department and the brand.
*Ownership of allocation planning for all UKEU outlet stores to ensure each store receives the correct stock package for their market.
*Lead, manage and develop the junior team members.
*Building relationships across the brand and external partners.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

*Proven track record of driving business performance through creative thinking as an AM/JM, with specific outlet/ high unit throughput merchandising experience strongly preferred.
*Able to demonstrate a commercial aptitude and pragmatic approach to working.
*Stock management skills are essential as is having established your experience working with WSSIs, sales forecasting and BTAs.
*Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative, and be agile in a fast-paced environment.
*Able to communicate at all levels within the brand in a professional way.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly.
*An energetic, can do and positive attitude.
*Remains calm under pressure and leads by example.
*Advanced Excel skills.
