My client, who are a luxury department store based in central London, requires 2 interim Workforce Management Implementation Support individuals to join them ASAP to support with the implementation phase of the Workforce Management System, Reflexis, for the next 10 months. You will report to the WFM System Manager and support Payroll, Retail Operations and the WFM Project Team.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

-To support to implementation phase of the Workforce Management system, Reflexis, providing support to end users of app and updating the system where necessary.
-Proactively work with retail managers and team members to ensure they adopt the new ways of working and system functionality across their stores in London, Manchester, and Birmingham

Management and resolution of system issues

-Support managers and superusers of the system in how to use Reflexis.
-Weekly support in closing the timesheets for payroll.
-Key transactions into Reflexis on behalf of managers for workarounds.
-Resolve any system queries arising from the use of Reflexis as raised by stakeholders.
-Perform root cause analysis and ensure fixes are put in place for reoccurring problems.
-User acceptance testing.
-Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
-Review application logs.
-Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

Management of updates and new functionality within core WFM systems
-Testing of updates in WFM.
-Partner with WFM System Manager in new integrations and best practise.

KEY COMPETENCIES

-2+ years' experience in system administration.
-Ideally have experience of WFM systems.
-Experience of support a system for end users.
-Experience in system troubleshooting.
-Analytical thinking.
-Good communication skills.
-Resilient, able to work effectively under pressure, manage a diverse and competing workload ensuring deadlines are met.
-Detailed orientated.
-Flexible and open to change.
-Proactive and good team player.
-Curious and solution driven.

This is an interim role for the next 10 months, starting ASAP.
