Elite Associates is looking for a Manager to oversee our London Retail Operations Team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment manager to oversee a fast paced, established team with room for growth. The Manager is responsible for reviewing, training, mentoring and developing team members to maximise performance.

The Elite Manager also looks to explore opportunities and advises innovative solutions to benefit their team and the business.

An essential part of this role is critiquing each consultant's desk to ensure their portfolio of clients and roles will enable them to deliver their expected target and that they are developing and growing each client relationship.
