This temporary role requires an immediate starter that can commit to this position on an ongoing basis. This leading fashion brand is seeking a HR adviser on a temporary basis to work within Head Office supporting the current HR team that are going through a restructure.
The role is to provide general HR support to the business - including all departments. The adviser will be involved in employee relations, retention, performance management and succession planning etc. They will also be working along side the recruitment teams on various projects.
It is essential for this role that suitable applicants have a good working knowledge of all aspects of HR, including, employment law, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, implementing policies and procedures. A long with this you should be a strong communicator and have the ability to be empathetic and influence. Candidates ideally will also have CIPD level five or be currently studying for it.
