Working for this world-renowned, award-winning designer of luxury accessories and ready-to-wear , you will support the Regional Manager, Franchise EMEAI, in managing relationships with 7 Franchise Partners across 15 markets, including Middle East, Russia, India and South Africa. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance of the regions, and will play a key role in achieving operational excellence and improved customer experience across the stores.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration and Reporting

  • Manage daily communications with Franchise partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collate weekly trade reports and share with wider business, including EMEAI Executive team
  • Collate and update Peak Trade Calendar
  • Act as the owner of the weekly KPI report
  • Coordinate Franchise-specific projects and events
  • Handle manufacturing defects and follow up on credit notes 
  • Ensure that all Franchise-specific documents are up-to-date and accessible on the shared drive
  • Streamline and continuously improve tools and operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Compile business overview decks collaboratively with Planning team
  • Organise annual Franchise Operations Summit
  • Organise seasonal Business Reviews with Franchise Partners  

Store Operations and Customer Experience

  • Work with Customer Service, Logistics and Finance teams to promptly address any issues and to ensure timely shipment deliveries
  • Work with Store Design & Construction Teams and manage Critical Path to ensure smooth store openings, renovations and store moves.
  • Work with the Buying team on seasonal uniforms and follow up with Franchise partners to ensure that appearance standards are maintained across regions
  • Partner with Retail Operations team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand initiatives and best practices
  • Analyse KPI performance and set business strategies 
  • Conduct comp shopping analyses and deliver recommendations based on industry benchmarks and trends

Training and Development

  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure that all training tools and programmes are effectively rolled out
  • Liaise with Franchise Partners’ Training Managers to provide support and follow-up
  • Launch and manage a shared training tools platform

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Build effective relationships with Franchise Partners
  • Attend cross-functional meetings/calls and act as an ambassador for the Franchise Operations team
  • Work with external suppliers and ensure that relevant information, issues and process changes are promptly addressed

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in Franchise, Retail Operations or relevant field
  • Relevant degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of cross-cultural communication
  • Experience of working with global teams preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask on various projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
