My client is looking for a bold, innovative and entrepreneurial Head of Marketing who is up to date on current trends and contemporary market movement to lead their creative team in all internal and external communications.


The team covers traditional marketing, PR, creative graphics and photography in addition to having a strong emphasis on social media, and their overall aim is to generate press coverage, VIP dressing opportunities, event planning and execution in order to increase visibility and awareness about the brand.


About The Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a strategic and comprehensive communications plan, ensuring that a coherent message runs through all company communications, including the website and social media, publications, media, PR and internal communications. Day to day, the role will then deliver key communications activities, working with the MD and fellow heads of department.


Overseeing all PR and Marketing Developing and delivering the communications strategy Developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy (including digital content creation and management) Particular focus on driving social media (including increasing social media led sales) Project/Event Managing (campaign shoots, videos, store events etc.) Manage and update marketing calendar on a daily basis, informing team of all relevant updates. Monitor fashion and luxury industry activity and identify appropriate events and sponsorship opportunities. Guide directive of VIP outreach, assessing the brand’s target list on a regular basis and steering outreach to include international opportunities. Lead planning of Press presentations and showroom press appointments  


The Ideal Candidate

About You


Proven success in a similar previous role, ideally within a luxury fashion background. A good knowledge of marketing practices, the media, retail and the fashion and luxury industries. Established relationships with publishers and media amongst the brand's target media. An ability to manage team members. Strong organizational skills as well as an ability to meet deadlines
