Our client, one of UK’s leading Sportswear brand-houses, is looking for an experienced, organised and self-motivated Wholesale Coordinator/ Assistant Operations Manager to work within a friendly, enthusiastic and excelling Operations team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Taking care of the official orders from key accounts and uploading to the system.
  • Provide sales order confirmation to all the customers and relevant account manager for key customers.
  • Prepare/Manage packing instructions by key customer and relay this information to each supplier at the time of placing the order.
  • Answering queries from credit control, finance department and customers.
  • Confirming suppliers and other service providers with required information.
  • Carrying out sales order and purchase order maintenance and updates.
  • Uploading CADS on extranet to obtain holograms.
  • Provide EAN codes to suppliers.
  • Checking Line list information against order forms created by Sales Team.
  • Generate BAR CODES per season styles.
  • Creating order forms for agents.
  • Generate packing splits/PO extracts.
  • Prepare sales report by supplier/style/colour.
  • Action factory confirmations and cancellations.
  • Chasing/following up factories progress ensuring all ex- factories are met on time and goods to be delivered at a timely manner.
  • Approving barcodes/art work /labelling.
  • Sample/holograms management with external parties.
  • Instructing factories to follow packaging and labelling requirements for UK/Middle east accounts.
  • Liaising with warehouse and other team for seasonal samples requests ready for sales meetings.
  • Raising and submitting PO’s to factories.
  • Running margin sheets/costs.
  • Reconciling UK key accounts/Middle East stock issues/queries.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Operations/ Wholesale Coordination in the apparel/fashion industry
  • Experience of working with overseas factories. 
  • Experience in working with Key Accounts
  • Good team player with ability to work independently with a great work ethic and ability to take on additional tasks when necessary
  • Experience on using Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables and having any other relevant analytical skills for reporting will be an advantage.
