We are working on an exciting role for an Administrator/Customer Service Support to join a thriving company, working in a supplier environment and on their in-house brand
The responsibilities of the Administrator/Customer Service Support will be:
- Manage the busy stream of emails of the Director, filtering or actioning them accurately
- Organise and schedule the appointments within the Director’s diary
- Work on the brand, answering calls and emails of queries regarding the items, then liaising with the necessary teams accordingly
- Handle the post including going to the post office, packaging parcels and distributing deliveries of samples etc. to the correct colleague
Above all the Administrator/Customer Service support must be level-headed, confident, be acutely organised and will desirably have experience within another admin role. The Administrator/Customer Service Support should also strive to do their role to the best of their abilities, and in return will see the benefits of working within the exciting company.
This would be a great role for somebody looking to commence their role as a PA/Personal Assistant and has some experience to demonstrate this.
