Aftersales Customer Service Coordinator - Premium Brand

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a premium, global accessories brand as an aftersales coordinator.

The aftersales department is an integral part of the brand and the team are the central point of contact for all global aftersales and quality queries for their retail stores, wholesale customers, partners and franchisees as well as end consumers. The role will involve working closely with the European based quality personnel, customer service teams and regional repair centres.

It is highly desirable that you have a background in customer service and luxury goods with some product/material knowledge. You will also be proficient in MS Office and be keen to work in a fast-moving environment, with a flexible approach, great time management and administration skills in order to manage your workload effectively.
