Approvals Coordinator

The Role:

  • To assist with the Design, Sales & Merchandising teams, submitting concepts and samples to licensors
  • Managing and prioritising submission stages and providing feedback to the relevant departments
  • Liaising with suppliers and licensors
  • Upkeep of sample stock room and showrooms
  • Assessing files/concepts ensuring they are suitable for approval

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Capable of working to and managing deadlines
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good time management and prioritising skills
  • Licensing industry experience
  • Organised, meticulous and deadline orientated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
