Area Manager – England and Wales

The candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional sales manager who understands how to manage independent customers in the UK gift, jewellery sectors, working with them on new collections, existing range development, marketing support.  The ideal fit would be someone who has premium gift industry knowledge and is able to hit the ground running, a high level of product training and back-office support will be provided.

You will have an existing customer base that will be visited frequently, your diary will be managed by yourself through a shared journey plan, and you will be expected to achieve your targets within an agreed overhead budget. Weekly and monthly reporting / feedback to both your manager and office support team members will be required with the sole aim to support and increase sales / turnover within the region.

New business will be paramount within Premium Gift stores, quality garden centres, Jewellers and independent homeware / department stores, you will be incentivised to open new customers that work at the premium level and can support our brand profile in a store environment ensuring our guidelines are adhered to.

Due to the nature of this role, there will be a high level of travel across the region supporting / training your retailers, attending trade shows when required with frequent stays away from home, this is not an office-based position.
